This position will have you engage and built business relationships across multiple markets and industry sectors to expand our commercial business in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities and Public Safety sectors.

We are a fast-growing company at the early stages of growth, you will be given important projects and portfolios that will directly influence the company's business.  You should have an independent interest in large-scale key issues in the environmental, defence and technology fields.  We will set you up for exponential personal and professional growth through ownership of this key business line of effort.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, brief and lead execution of an agile strategy to grow the company's visibility and presence across major industry and government sectors.

  • Develop sales opportunities with commercial customers and advocate customer pain points and success metrics internally.

  • Grow and foster relationships that enable expansion of the Pegasus regional hub business model into geographic markets.

  • Provide support and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure customer success.

  • Be comfortable operating in a risk-tolerant, fast-paced environment without extensive support.

  • Find opportunities to shape new and win future work.

  • Be ready to lead a small team conducting market research, modeling, and directly influence external communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated aptitude for B2B and/or B2G sales processes, from lead capture to close.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling, easily understood messaging based on the audience.

  • Ability to identify, validate and engage business opportunities and coordinate commercial proposals internally with the management team.

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience preparing and presenting proposals at key stages, RFI, RFQ, etc. 

  • High level of drive and initiative is mandatory. You will directly influence the rate of company growth. 

  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills, and can translate strategy into daily execution.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace, technology or technical (engineering) background.

  • Experience with modern CRM tools.

  • Demonstrated project management skills and small team leadership experience.

  • Experience working at an early stage B2B technology company and having an entrepreneurial mindset is a desirable.
