Pegasus believes we can make our communities, economy and environment safer and more resilient through an intelligence-driven approach to problem solving. Pegasus Imagery is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team developing solutions with global impact.


  • Perform complex assembly and testing of radios and other electronics systems at the sub-assembly and whole system level, both in accordance with documented assembly and testing procedures.

  • Understand and participate in the integration process at every stage and be ready to support field operations.

  • Work with the radio manufacturer to define and implement integration, sustainment and maintenance of electronic systems.

  • Work in an interdisciplinary team to define and improve technical efficiencies.

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, with an emphasis on safety.

  • Design and build systems with real components for integration, testing and development.



  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.

  • Knowledge of Antenna design, simulation and testing.

  • Background knowledge of MIMO systems.

  • Experience with design, integration and testing of antennas and arrays.

  • Electromagnetic and microwave designs.



  • Ability to pass Royal Canadian Mounted Police background check.

  • Must be willing to travel (approximately 10%) to field locations as necessary.
